Crestwood Management Announces Key Certifications

Continuous incremental improvements have enabled Crestwood Management to obtain key certifications that will only serve to re-affirm client confidence.

Crestwood successfully completed their SAS 70 Type II audit from a Top 10 National CPA firm, certifying that it maintains effective control activities and business practices that limit potential risks.  The description and design of each of Crestwood’s controls were evaluated in order to  determine its compliance with the Type II standard.  Crestwood is proud to have achieved this status.

The firm also recently received accreditation from the Better Business Bureau and maintains an excellent record with the local chapter, as well as a high rating from the organization.

Crestwood’s Collections Department recently invested in an analytics suite that capitalizes on eBureau’s highly accurate and competitive scoring data.  New performance dashboards monitor KPIs, and provide easy-to-read graphical reporting using SAP’s Business Objects.  Clients can now view performance in real-time.  By varying the strategies in accordance with the scoring of accounts placed, Crestwood applies the most effective debt recovery methods.  Through this investment, Crestwood can forecast payment probabilities and uncover “hidden” dollars, while reducing operating costs and increasing recoveries.
