Executive Change: Fred Trice to Latitude Software as Customer Service Director

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Latitude Software has appointed Fred Trice as director of customer support and education. Trice is responsible for the company’s customer support center and education training programs for its customers. Using his 18 years of customer service management experience, Trice will lead Latitude’s customer support team in enhancing technical support by creating new policies and increasing productivity, building client relationships and educating clients on the latest Latitude product features.

Latitude Software’s commitment to its clients is paramount and is necessary to continue the company’s rapid growth. Based at the company’s Jacksonville, Fla., headquarters, Trice reports to Beth Wood, vice president of client services.

Although new to the collections industry, Trice, a Nashville, Tenn., native, spent eight years in senior customer support management at EMC Corporation in Boston and Jacksonville, Fla. His career also includes 21 years of customer support service at IBM, of which 10 years were as a technical support manager, in Nashville, Tenn., Atlanta and Jacksonville, Fla.
