The strengthening Canadian dollar, and not market performance, is proving fiscally bothersome for a Prince George, British Columbia call center.

Outsourcing Solutions Inc.’s Canadian arm, Outsourcing Recovery Solutions, will close at the end of April, leaving 40 employees out of a job.

The company is offering voluntary severance packages and help in finding new employment.
