Industry Executive Joins Vital Solutions, Inc. as President of Outsourcing Services

Vital Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of collections, outsourcing and call center solutions, based in Norcross, Georgia announced today that it has hired Michael A. Chamberlain as the President of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vital Outsourcing Services, Inc.

Chamberlain, a 32-year industry veteran will have operational, sales and marketing responsibility for first party collections, BPO, and specialty services. He will also contribute industry insights in other areas as the company continues its impressive growth path.

He has worked with private and publicly traded companies in our industry and has experienced five mergers over the years. He has seen much of what works and what doesn’t. Chamberlain joins Vital Solutions from Asset Management Outsourcing, Inc. where he most recently served as President and CEO for over 7 years. Prior to joining AMO in 2004, Mike was President of OSI’s Education Services, the country’s largest provider of pre/post default student loan recovery services. From 1998 to 2000, he was COO of National Revenue Corp, a subsidiary of Deluxe Check Printing with thirteen operating centers throughout the U.S. Immediately after the acquisition of Payco by OSI, Chamberlain managed OSI’s western region including several new acquisitions. From 1993 to 1996, he managed FM Services/Payco in Phoenix, Arizona a premium card product and auto operation. Like many other successful industry leaders, his foundation was built at ACB in the early 1980’s where he served in a wide variety of operations positions in multiple locations. From 1986 to 1993, he established himself as a senior operations leader at company HQ in Phoenix, AZ before First Data Corporation acquired ACB.
