RPost and TECnet Set New Standard for Handling A/R Collections Notices

“TECnet users will now be able to access RPost’s unique Registered Email services to prove invoice aging and delivery of collections related notices along with a full set of services to conduct the collections process by email, in a secure, compliant manner, regardless of which collection platform clients use,” states Tom Sweat, President of TEC Services Group.

Accounts receivable messages will be connected via TECnet to RPost’s Registered Email services for legal delivery proof of collections-related notices, with encryption and electronic signature options depending on the nature of the message.
