Mark Neeb, President and CEO of The Affiliated Group (TAG), announced his candidacy for the 2008 ACA Treasurer during ACA International’s Annual Convention held in July in Chicago.
Since 1996, Neeb has owned TAG, a full-service accounts receivable management firm located in Rochester, Minnesota. With over 100 employees, TAG’s presence in the national market has grown, prompting the 84-year-old business to move out of its original location and into larger quarters still located in Rochester.
Neeb promises that his election to ACA’s executive committee will continue the tradition of excellence that other candidates have brought to the organization.
“I have a sincere desire to help the members of ACA succeed and to help our industry continue to flourish,” Neeb said.
Neeb is very active in the collections industry, at both the local and national levels. From 2002 to 2007, he served as a National Director of ACA International and currently serves as chair of ACA’s Healthcare Services Program Committee. Neeb also served on the ACA Healthcare Debt Sales & Collection Services Task Force which developed guidelines for collection agencies and healthcare facilities on best practices on the sale and collection of healthcare debt. Neeb is also a member of the Committee of 100 and frequently speaks at industry events. Finally, Mark has held all positions within the Minnesota Association of Collectors.
Neeb has his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis in 1996. Neeb is a Certified Public Accountant.
Next year’s ACA International Annual Convention and Expo will be held in Hollywood, Fla. More information about Neeb’s campaign may be found at www.markneeb.com.
