Coface Collections Signs Lease for Kenner Office Space

Coface Collections North America, Inc., a leading U.S. commercial collections agency and part of the Coface Group, a world leader in the Receivables Management industry, announced that it will move its New Orleans Headquarters in September. Coface Collections has signed a six year lease for just over 26,000 square feet of office space in the Rault Office Building in Kenner. The building is located at 2400 Veterans Memorial Boulevard.

The broker for Coface Collections was Jones, Lang, LaSalle Americas, Inc., represented locally by Greg Riers, Senior VP Leasing. The landlord is Rault Resource, Inc.

The location offers Coface Collections’ 250 employees a Class A working environment, and can accommodate future growth and expansion. The building also features easy access to the airport and French Quarter for Coface Collection clients and access to the interstate and main highways for employees.
