Executive Change: Keith Gibbons Named ABC-Amega Assistant VP, Operations

Global commercial receivable management firm ABC-Amega Inc. has named Keith Gibbons Assistant Vice President, Operations.

Gibbons will be responsible for direction of the firm’s first-party collections portfolio and their third-party domestic collections portfolio. He will also handle oversight of operational productivity, collection processes and procedures and quality assurance monitoring, as well as staff development and systems analysis.

Prior to joining ABC-Amega, Gibbons served as Senior Director of Operations for Sykes Enterprises, Inc. directing call centers in Amherst, NY,  Spokane, WA and Morrilton, AR. He has also held the position of Operations Manager, YRCW (Yellow Roadway Corporation Worldwide) Inc. and Collections Manager, NCO Financial Systems.

Gibbons, who resides in Amherst, NY, holds a B.A. in Print Journalism from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
