PR - Universal Fidelity Opens State-of-the-Art Training Center

 
Universal Fidelity LP has opened a new in-house training and development facility, UFLP University, to lead the company’s workforce into a learning fountain of debt recovery by helping employees learn effective and efficient debt recovery and management skills.

The University will be headed by the new Director of Training, Dr. Calli Shelton.  Dr. Shelton is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Instructional Technology and Distance Education Program.  She comes to UFLP with a passion for helping people achieve their professional goals.

UFLP University will provide a diverse set of educational opportunities including industry certification programs and professional and personal development classes. Collectors, mid-level managers and administrative staff will all have access to motivating, engaging and interactive learning experiences.
