ARM Firm Williams, Cohen & Gray Completes First Planned Acquisition

Williams, Cohen & Gray, one of the most prestigious accounts receivable management and debt collection agencies in the nation, announced today the completion of its strategic acquisition of New Orleans-based Creditors Resource Group (CRG), a regional collection agency.

Robert Williams, Founder and CEO of Williams, Cohen & Gray stated “I am very excited about bringing CRG into our organization. In just 4 years this talented management team grew CRG from a start-up to a client base of over 1,200 clients. Tom Lynch (CRG’s CEO) has worked in collections for over 22 years and is one of the brightest minds in the industry. Mr. Williams also reported that all CRG employees will be retained in their previous positions.
