Ontario Systems, a leading provider of accounts receivable management software, is pleased to announce the appointment of several key leadership hirings, including two vice presidents and two new directors. Dave Pedersen, Jill Lehman, Jason Harrington and Mary Maloney will be infusing new momentum and leading the growth of Ontario Systems in different capacities.
The new team will be working closely with Rozanne Andersen, vice president of compliance and government affairs, a highly regarded 15-year veteran of the collection, debt purchasing and financial services industry. Andersen was appointed as the company’s in-house legal and compliance expert in May 2011.
Dave Pedersen will be leading the charge as the new senior vice president of operations, assuming all development responsibilities for Ontario Systems’ products and services, including Collect Savvy™, Artiva™ and FACS™ product lines. David brings more than 20 years of leading enterprise software development organizations, including co-founding two businesses of his own. David joins Ontario Systems after most recently serving as Group VP & GM of LexisNexis’ insurance software division.
Jill Lehman comes to Ontario Systems from Hill-Rom, a billion-dollar innovator in medical technology. She is a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR), and will take up her post as vice president and chief people officer to attract top talent and build a rich and vibrant high-performance culture.
Jason Harrington, an Ontario Systems and ARM industry veteran, has returned as the senior director, strategy and business development, with responsibilities that include leading the market and product strategy and execution related to Ontario Systems’ integrated products portfolio, including contact management, data services and partner integration, portal technologies and business intelligence offerings.
Mary Maloney will serve as director of marketing and will lead brand equity, marketing communications and demand-generation initiatives across all products and vertical markets, setting the stage for global outreach. Maloney, a 20-year marketing veteran, has healthcare, ad agency and software experience, including a tenure at Intuit/Numara Software.
