Uptain Group Opens Collections Office in Knoxville

Huntsville, AL / Knoxville, TN – The Uptain Group, Inc. announces the opening of their newest regional office located in Knoxville, Tennessee.  The Uptain Group provides third party collection services to a variety of industries with a specialty in medical collections.  Through its MEDCO Services division, the company also provides Pre-Registration, In-House Financial Counseling, Business Office Outsourcing for Billing and Insurance, Short and Long Term Staffing and a variety of other medical office outsourcing services.

The Corporate Headquarters is located in Huntsville, Alabama and also is the location of the MEDCO Services Call Center.  The Knoxville office will serve as the call center for Collections and special projects.

Michael Rainwater, a 25-year veteran of the Credit and Collection industry will serve as the Administrator of the Tennessee office.  Michael is a Licensed Collection Service Location Manager for the State of Tennessee as well as having designations from other states.  His other credentials include Certified Collection Agency Executive (CCAE), Certified Consumer Collection Executive (CCCE) and Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.  He also earned the Scholar and Fellow Degrees in Collection Business from ACA.
