PIC Solutions and Payment Systems Consulting have partnered again to present two credit risk seminars.
The Risk Management Best Practices 1 Seminar is a 3-day training program focusing on scoring and new accounts, 13-15 November. The course is structured to ensure that delegates return to their respective work environments with an understanding of the concepts and practical applications of scoring, new accounts and risk management within the consumer credit arena.
The Collections Management Best Practices Seminar, 18-20 November, is a 3-day program focusing on concepts and practical implementation of best practice collections management in the early and late stage delinquent accounts arenas. The seminar will deliver practical benefits through the use of case studies and real-world exercises based on international best practices, in order to enhance the skills of consumer credit and card centre professionals.
PIC Solutions and Payment Systems Consulting collaborated to deliver the Risk Management Best Practices Seminar in Dubai earlier this year. Following the success of the seminar, two additional seminars will now be presented in Amman, Jordan, in November.
Delegates will be exposed to a series of interactive presentations, case studies and exercises. The seminars, whilst based on international best practices, are tailored to cater to the Middle East credit industry.
Stephen J. Leonard, Managing Director at PIC Solutions comments, “Effective credit risk strategies and industry best practices are vital for all credit grantors as they are increasingly impacted by new technology, amplified competition and industry regulations. The Middle East credit industry is evolving rapidly and poses challenges specific to the region. The good news is that these challenges can be resolved and can be resolved profitably.”
The seminars will be presented at the Kempinski Hotel on Abdul Hamid Shouman Street in Amman, Jordan. For further seminar details, visit: www.pscme.com/cardacademy.
