Gila Corp. Expands Office; Will Create 150 New Jobs

Austin, Texas-based billing and collections company Gila Corp. this week celebrated a $5 million expansion that will create 150 local jobs over the next two to five years.

Members of the Gila executive team participate in a ribbon cutting for the grand opening of their new 54,000 square foot building at Tuscany Business Park in Austin.

The company recently participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at a new building that will house some of its operations.

Gila Corp. currently employs more than 300 in Austin in a variety of jobs, including call center operators, payment processors, IT technicians and software developers. Most of the 150 new jobs would likely be in call center and payment processing.

Founded in 1991, Gila Corp. provides outsourced collections, billing and other financial services through its two divisions, Gila Group and Municipal Services Bureau.
