HOUSTON — United Recovery Systems, LP, a leading account receivables management company, announced that it has opened a new call center in Tempe, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. The state-of-the-art call center more than doubles the company’s capacity in the Phoenix area.
"In our three years of operation in the Phoenix market, we have built a strong team of talented professionals. This expansion continues to build on that momentum," said company President, Jim Kelleher.
The new facility has approximately 32,000 square feet with a capacity of 360 call stations. The company’s existing Phoenix-based operation has relocated to the new facility.
"We employ approximately 150 agents in Phoenix and plan on adding up to 100 more collection and management employees in the next 12 months," said Kelleher. "We are proud that in these trying economic times we are able to continue to build
our business and provide additional jobs to the skilled workers in the Phoenix area," he said.
The state-of-the-art facility is built around a scalable networking infrastructure and also includes executive offices, conference rooms, a training facility, an employee lounge, and a secure data facility.
"Our employees are excited about the relocation," said Doug Schultz, CEO of United Recovery Systems. "The new site has an efficient design with ample parking and a large break room. There are several restaurants and stores nearby as well as nice housing in the vicinity," he said.
In addition to the new Tempe call center, United Recovery Systems operates five other facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Mexico.
