COLUMBUS, OH — Michael E. Joseph has joined the creditor’s law firm of Javitch, Block & Rathbone (JB&R) as an associate in the Retail Collections Group. Joseph has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from The Ohio State University, and a law degree from Capital University Law School. He was licensed by the Ohio Supreme Court in 2008. Before joining JB&R Joseph was a senior litigation specialist with Huntington National Bank in Columbus and was also a managing member of The Joseph Law Practice where he focused on personal bankruptcy and transactional cases.
Joseph is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and volunteer facilitator for the Next Chapter Book Club, a book club for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Club is a function of the Nisonger Center at OSU. He is a resident of Hillard, Ohio.
