Encore Capital Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECPG) Thursday announced the pricing for the previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,610,000 shares of it common stock by JCF FPK I LP, one of the Company’s stockholders, at a price to the public of $24.35 per share. The offering is expected to close on or about November 8, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholder.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
