Sherloq Solutions, a Tampa-based business partner to health care and utility companies, donated more than $57,000 this month — part of an annual giving program that has distributed more than $4 million to foundations and charities over the last 15 years.
The annual donations are provided to carefully selected organizations, each reviewed and individually selected by a committee of Sherloq’s Board of Directors and Executive Officers.
“Sherloq has always been dedicated to supporting those communities in which we gratefully serve our clients,” said Sherloq President Erik Greer. “Through the years, we have been fortunate to support a multitude of different causes. We are excited to expand the reach of this program as we continue to grow and partner with hospitals and utility companies nationwide.”
Sherloq announced gifts to the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts, the Tampa General Hospital Foundation, The Florida Aquarium, the Youth Empowerment Alliance, the Pinellas Education Foundation, the Hillsborough Education Foundation, and Richard’s Run for Life, among others.
In 2014, Sherloq also provided guidance and financial assistance to local entrepreneurs by awarding $20,000 to students through the University of Tampa’s Spartan Accelerator program.
